I want to learn more about Loss prevention. In my store, its the least managed aspect of my business. I am just starting out I am earning a great deal of profits already, but everytime I look at the books I am still short. I am beginning to wonder if shoplifters or worse employee theft is responsible for this. I am seriously considering installation of CCTV cameras and some loss prevention devices just to be sure.
